This Yin + Sound Bath experience will take you on a journey to soften your edges, expectations and surrender into the moment. This winter season is about taking our focus inward and acknowledging where we can soften and surrender and embrace the yielding quality of Yin. With an hour of Yin yoga to release tension and blockages, we will focus on nourishing the meridians and organs most dominant in winter: kidneys and urinary bladder. Sound healing experience will retune and calibrate our energy centers and with the Yin yoga balance what was once perhaps the emotion associated with unbalanced kidneys: fear , turning into faith and acceptance.
