Deepening your relationship with Yoga is a life long journey and like all journies, it begins with the first step. Whether you're considering yoga as a professional path, a side hustle, or just because you're thirsty for more knowledge, the first step is becoming 200-hour certified.
200 Hour Training
All 200-hour training programs are qualified by the Yoga Alliance and must live up to a certain standard, but they're not all the same. At Practice, we've built several 200-hour programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our community.

Once you have completed your 200-hour certification you can choose two main paths. If you feel called to serve in a public setting, then going deeper with a 300-hour training will certify you at the current highest level with the Yoga Alliance. If your dharma is to apply the wisdom of yoga in a private setting then we offer the option for a 1000-hour Yoga Therapy program to certify you with the International Alliance of Yoga Therapists.
Advanced Teacher Certifications
Once you've established yourself in the teaching of yoga through your 200-hour training, the option to truly embody your dharma as a teacher comes from continuing to grow in the seat of the student. Our 300-hour training programs provide a level of mentorship and direction that helps you find your voice and power as a professional teacher.
Yoga Therapy Certification
Yoga therapy is the application of yogic tools, principles, and philosophies to direct people through their disfunctions and back to their own sense of wholeness. The Yoga Therapy program is a 3-year, 1000-hour training program that provides you with the skills and experiences required to work in a holistic manner within the modern healthcare system.
