Spring season is an expression of life at its strongest. Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion, so does the energy within us.
This is the season to toil the soil: in our own bodies we do this by cleansing, creating a healthy environment so we can plant seeds for a future harvest. To look ahead and make plans, formulate new ideas, make decisions and determine our direction in the year, and most importantly to take action.
Spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) corresponds to the Wood element- which represents the liver and the gallbladder. The function of wood is movement, expansion, activity and change. Wood is the home of new ideas, new thoughts, transformation and hope. Wood gives us the connection to the future and allows us to plan and design in all areas of our lives. It allows us to express our true nature and manifest ourselves in the world.

In this 20 hour Training-
