Our 200-Hour Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Rey and Marnie is designed to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga while building the skills to teach with confidence. Through weekly classes and monthly weekend intensives, you'll explore yoga with practical tools you can apply both on and off the mat.

Rey Cardenas Practice Yoga Austin

Rey Cardenas

Rey is a born and raised Austinite whose been teaching yoga since 2011. In 2009 he found his way to the mat seeking a way to manage the stress associated with being a professional poker player. In addition to practicing yoga, Rey is a student of Anthroposophy.

Marnie Castor

Studied with the greats who studied with the greats. Teacher trainer to the future greats. Alignment based. No music. Listen to your breath. Tune into the fluctuations of the mind. Yoga is not a “work out” it’s a “work in.”

200 HOUR YTT

Teacher Training is the foundation for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated students looking to deepen their practice. It also serves as the prerequisite for advanced training, including 300H YTT and Yoga Therapy certification.

All of our trainings meet Yoga Alliance standards for yoga teacher certification. Our offering varies by teachers, style, or scheduled meeting times. Find a program that's a fit for you. We run three 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings per year.
