This mentorship is perfect for 200 hour teacher training graduates who are looking for skill refinement, one-on-one guidance, and deeper studies wrapped up in a sweet lil 30 hour package.
The focus is Practice Teaching. You will take the foundation of skills you learned in your 200 Hour Training, and hone your craft through sequence creation, one-on-one teaching, peer feedback, and group teaching.
Topics of discussion:
Trauma-informed language
Modifications and demoing
Effective cuing
Theming
Sequencing
A combination of in-person meeting hours, self-paced homework, one-on-one check ins, and class observation hours, you will receive a 30 hour Continuing Education Certificate upon completion.
Open to graduates of any 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
