In this magical journey of Yin Yoga and Sound we explore what it feels to be grounded, heart opened, mind calm and nervous system regulated. A real blooming experience as we transition into Spring. An hour of Yin Yoga to open the body on all levels, release tension and blockages followed by an hour of sound healing to release and retune our energy centers. Leave grounded, nourished and ready for a deep sleep as we continue to bloom.
