Discover a world of yoga that focuses on balancing the body, mind and spirit.

Welcome to the Quiet Practice – a meditative and restorative practice that opens the body on the subtlest level and teaches you mindfulness.

This workshop will focus on understanding what is Yin Yoga, how to practice it and delve deeper into its meditative qualities. We will learn about the benefits on a physical level for the Spring season– how it affects fascia tissues and organ health; namely the Liver and the Gallbladder to help detoxify the system. As well as on a mindful level –sitting in Meditation in the practice of mindfulness and loving kindness to calm the mind.
