Exploring New Possibilities

Yin + Transpersonal Breathwork is a 2 hour journey into deep connections with yourself.
Yin Yoga is a meditative and quiet practice that allows the body and mind to release tension and blockages. We stay in stationary poses with the muscles relaxed to allow for minute stretching and loading of the fascia, mainly around our joints and spine. The result being more flexibility and mobility in the body, and the mind, with added benefit to our organs. As we stay in the poses for a couple of minutes, energy or chi flows through our meridians to the specific organs to nourish and support our organs for optimal functioning.
Once the body has opened up and released tension and blockages we are then ready to do Transpersonal Breathwork.

Transpersonal Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice that can lead to profound healing and personal growth. Through deep accelerated breathing and combining inhalation and exhalation into a cycle of continuous breath, Transpersonal Breathwork can induce altered states of consciousness that allows us to access deeper parts of ourselves. This can lead to greater self-awareness, releasing blocked energy and emotion, increased creativity, and a sense of connection to the universe. In this Transpersonal Breathwork class, you will be guided by experienced facilitator Sam Pullen who will create a safe and supportive environment for your journey. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar path of self-discovery. If you’re looking to explore the depths of your being and unlock your full potential, Transpersonal Breathwork may be just what you need.
