A Gratitude Practice for Spring Equinox to embrace the spirit of renewal.
As we enter the cycle of growth and expansion both in nature and the energy within us, we are given the opportunity to shed the unwanted layers and blockages and make a conscious choice to begin again. In this season, our Yin practice will stimulate our liver and gallbladder meridians and organs, in order to detoxify and replenish. We follow it by healing sound vibrations to retune our bodies and spirit.
