Join us in celebration of the Autumn Equinox, with a grounding Yin and Sound Practice, generating spaciousness to experience the full spectrum of creation.
The Autumnal Equinox marks the transition from summer to fall and the recognition of symmetry between light and darkness. We recognize that dark and light must coexist and by opening ourselves to experience it all, we become more integrated, more powerful and present. We’ll center ourselves through a grounding Yin practice, and then delve into an hour of sound, with clear channels to receive.
