The Winter Solstice celebrates the longest hours of darkness or the rebirth of the sun and is believed to hold a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal and self-reflection. Join Iva and Danielle for a slow yin practice, followed by an hour of vibration with planetary tuned gongs, bowls, and more – shedding energetic stagnation in our bodies, and moving into the new year more reflective and revived.
