Winter Restorative Yoga and Guided Nidra

Give yourself the gift of rest and reflection this holiday season. As we close out the year and prepare to enter a new one, it’s important to release physically and mentally so that we can show up renewed and reconnected to our innate wellspring of inner peace. After using props to support long-held therapeutic postures, we will close with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation systematically designed for ultimate relaxation.
