What to expect at Flow Yoga Teacher Training
During each phase of our Flow Yoga Teacher Training, we offer an in-depth review of the poses. Chaturanga, also known as low plank, is one of the many yoga postures you can expect to understand from an anatomical perspective, as well as the most common verbal cues needed to teach these postures.
