This training can be taken 100% virtually through Zoom. We will also offer a small in-person group that will meet at 414 West Johanna with a Covid protocol. (You will receive Zoom instructions upon registration)

Why do some people love the desert while you feel most at home by the sea? Why is your way of coping with stress vastly different than your partners? Why do you self-soothe in ways that bring balance and in ways that disrupt balance? Why do you always seem to feel anxious in the Fall, murderous at the height of summer, lethargic in the Spring? How do we use our yoga practice to balance our nervous system? What does the most balanced version of you look and feel like?

Ayurveda holds these answers and more. In this 50-hour immersion, we will lay the foundations of this sister science of Yoga so you have the tools to be the most balanced version of yourself. You will also learn how to practice and teach yoga in a way that supports an energetic balance for your energetic constitution and your student’s constitution. Each session includes practice and discussion. This program is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into how Ayurveda can heal and balance you and for teachers who want to incorporate Ayurveda into their teaching skills.

This training can be taken 100% virtually through Zoom. We will also offer a small in-person group that will meet in the church with a Covid protocol.
