In this 21 hr Continuing Ed series we will learn different philosophies of sequencing: What works what doesn’t and why. We will discuss ideas like: How do you know what to sequence and when to sequence it. We will lean tools that enable us to improvise a sequence and we will learn how to cultivate our intuition so that we can to trust our instincts when to abandon a sequence that isn’t working and what to do next.
We will create sequences and workshop ideas for sequencing for different seasons, times of days, moods, ages, and what to do when a public class is filled with many different types of bodies and yoga experiences.
We will engage in fun sequence scrambles. Thoughtful discussions are encouraged.
