Success Through Mindfulness

This workshop will guide you through the foundational principles of mindfulness in order to manage your life with a greater sense of ease and graceful action. We’ll use basic secular meditation practices and asana to explore the individual components of your internal experience and the unhealthy mental habit patterns that could be holding you back from a greater sense of peace.

  • Introduction to mindfulness meditation practices
  • How to use mindfulness meditation to strengthen authentic action
  • Strengthening asana and deepening your practice through awareness
  • Dealing with difficult emotions and circumstances
