Steadfast Effort

Pantanjali defines practice as the steadfast effort to stabilize the consciousness. In this workshop we will explore what steadfast effort means to each of us and how sadhana or practice can stabilize the consciousness leaving one with a peaceful flow of the mind. Expect a strong practice with a creative and artful use of props including blankets, blocks, straps and chairs.
