Sacred Song & Sound Healing with Awakened Heart

Join us for this beautiful monthly gathering at the lovely Practice Yoga Church where we come together in a ceremonial setting to drop in deeply with ourselves and one another and experience song and sound as a prayer.

We spend an hour singing together, connecting to our hearts through our voices with powerful prayers in the form of chants and sacred songs.

We then move into a multi-vibrational soundscape with crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, vocal sounding, and percussive texture. Here you are invited to recline and go deeper into your own experience.

**We will have an open altar. You are welcome to bring items to place there to receive the energy and blessings of the evening**

Awakened Heart is a multi-instrumental band in devotion to love, connection, community, and expansion through the creation of song and sound as a prayer offering. They create spaces where each person is invited to embody their truest expression as the essence of divine creation and love.
