Set Your Intention; Manifest Your Desire

The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on all the things we want for ourselves …. but how do we go about setting our intentions? In this workshop, we will learn how to set a clear and focused intention for ourselves via a brief discourse and journaling exercise. We will then quiet our minds and bodies in a Restorative and Yoga Nidra Practice in order to cultivate the stillness needed to manifest our deepest desires. The universe will give us what we want but we must learn to be clear and tranquil and patient.
