Season Yin + Nutrition

Join Clinical Herbalist and Yoga Instructor, Brandi Jo Perkins for a Seasonal Yin Practice to tune the organs and meridians associated with the fall. There will be 75 mins of yin practice and meditation followed by some kitchen yoga: seasonal herbal and nutritional remedies designed to boost the immune system and balance overall health.
