Build some heat and unwind with a full-body flow suitable for all stages of your pregnancy! Practice will begin with a short grounding meditation and light stretching, followed by a strength-building flow. We’ll cool down with seated, restorative postures aimed at relieving the lower back and hips and bringing you to restfulness. Not pregnant? You’re welcome to join us all the same!
