Prenatal Practice

Whether you are a seasoned yogini or are coming to the mat for the first time, yoga is a wonderful tool to support your body, mind and heart through the changes of pregnancy and prepare you for a beautiful birth experience. During pregnancy it is especially important to be aware of the needs of your body and your baby and to mindfully alter the way you practice. Learn how to safely adapt your practice throughout all 3 trimesters with the use of props, breath and awareness. This workshop is great for mamas-to-be and yoga instructors interested in learning more about how to support students in a prenatal yoga practice.
