Join Jenni B for a night of holistic relaxation in the beautiful Practice Yoga Church. Come in your favorite PJ’s, bring all the blankets, pillows and comfort items to get snuggled up. We’ll open with grounding breath work and guided meditation to prepare your energetic body to be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bells, chimes and other instruments.
