Her Mana activations are an invitation to presence ourselves, to create space for transmutation of emotion, to allow and witness our energy in motion. Her Mana is a collective created by musicians, artists, and travelers Kate Robberson and Emilie Basez (founding members of Ley Line). Like two currents that dance together, their sound forms swells of sonic intensity and rivers of mantric melody. The activation is inspired by the heart expanding gift of cacao, and combines guided breathwork, visualization, vocal toning, sound bath and personal reflection. February 2nd is the day of Iemanjá, the Orixá goddess of the Ocean. We will call on this powerful energy to guide our experience, infusing the evening with the complex, deep, and uniting force that is the ocean.

Joaihú is direct origin, tree to bar, organic Brazilian chocolate. It grows in the Atlantic Coastal Rainforest, where the forest meets the ocean. Joaihú is an ancient Tupí verb meaning “to love and be loved” or “to love mutually”, a reminder of how we can choose to create this perspective in our own relationships. With sound, breath, and plant allies, we commune to strengthen our networks within and without. Her Mana will provide space for a restorative journey where our intentions are supported and energy is nourished.

No experience is required. Please bring water, comfortable clothes, and a journal.
