Start your new year with a clean energetic slate! We’ll begin with a guided meditation to clear energy and leave behind 2022, then setting intentions for the coming year. Renew yourself with all the good vibes so you can manifest the best year yet!
Jen (@sonic.starchild) will take you on an immersive sound journey where you are “bathed” in the therapeutic sounds of Himalayan, quartz and crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs and other sonic instruments. Release stress and restore energetic balance in your body through vibrational sound healing. Reiki energy will be channeled through the instruments for 1:1 healing, bringing balance and flow to your mind, body and spirit.
