This 90 minute class will be a full-body, feel-good Alignment based Vinyasa experience. We will have a discussion about the 8 limbs of yoga and how we can apply this full scope of Yoga while reflecting on the past year.
In the end, you’ll walk out of 2023 in closure and acceptance.
