This class is suitable for students who are comfortable with basic fundamentals of asana, as I will instruct breath cues and pose names with no alignment cues. This will allow for mindfulness instruction and quietude for the curation and depth of your own experience.
We will move with the setting sun to a soft background of ambient music. Come practice.
