Join Morgan for a 2-hour yoga masterclass in the beautiful Practice Yoga Church. This is not intended to be the hardest two hours of your life — rather, we will have time to explore deeper layers of our practice and of ourselves. There will be meditation, breathwork, and an intelligently sequenced asana practice set up to explore deeper shapes and peak poses with lots of hands-on assists.
