Intro to Herbs for Balance

In this experiential class we will explore the basics of when to invite herbal support into your routine. There will be time for tea meditation & to open inquiry into our current needs. Herbal medicine is traditionally a practice in balancing mind, body, & spirit through the cycles of life. Yoga can teach us the finite art of listening and tuning in and herbs are a compliment to moving forward in this process.
The herbs that we will review can support our physical patterns, the mind in the presence of obstacles, and the spirit in how we hold space & relax into our experience with resilience. Whatever it is that you are working with, our relationship with plants can offer guidance. All levels are welcome. No herbal or Yoga experience required. Come as you are, ready to learn more about how to digest your diverse experiences and feel at home in your flesh. Class will be led by Brandi Jo, a trained Clinical Herbal Practitioner and Yoga Instructor.
