I LOVE Hula Hooping! In addition to your yoga and exercise routine, or just for fun, hula hooping is a dynamic way for all ages to increase body awareness and tap into your inner child!
Come dance with me! This rhythmic, all-over workout utilizes 30 core muscles, ALL the muscles that stabilize your posture. The 3 lb weighted hoops provide low-impact resistance directly to your core!
I am more than thrilled to introduce hula hooping to you and help you get it started! There will be fun music to help get you in your groove!
