Holotropic Breath Work is a method used to dive deep into the body to release stored trauma, fears, conditioning and more. Using the “in, in out” technique in waves of intensity help to shift the energy around and clear out these blockages. Throughout the waves of intensity we will have time to be still and process what may have come up before we enter another high intensity round. This breath work can help heal old wounds, generational trauma, conditioning inherited from society, and also one’s own personal blockages such as fear or negative self talk or lack of confidence. What needs to be healed will be what arises in your session. An open mind and heart are encouraged when trying this method.

Alli Bee will be start and end the event with gentle yin poses alongside guided meditations to integrate our healings and allow movement to also become medicine in your session. This is an hour and half event that will be 100% guided by Alli Bee. Please bring an eye mask if you have one, water and comfortable clothes to enjoy this experience to the fullest.
