Relax, unwind and be bathed in sound during a gentle Yoga class.

This Heart Healing Yin Sound Bath is an invitation to soothe our hearts and restore balance to our physical and emotional body. We will begin our evening together with a heart healing tea service and grounding Pranayama. Then you will be guided through gentle yin poses while tranquil sound waves wash over you. This immersive Somatic Sound Therapy experience will offer a sacred space for you to regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, encourage deep relaxation, releasing emotional and physical tension.

Instruments such as crystal bowls, ocean drum, tibetan bowls and chimes will provide healing resonance as we move through a slow flow of accessible yin poses. Each pose will be held for several minutes, allowing us to nourish the deepest tissues of the body.
