Tending to the garden of our hearts to seed new life

Date & Time

Austin, Texas 78704

The winter draws us into the darkness and into a place of deep reflection. The absence of light calls us inward to witness our shadows and illuminate them to heal and integrate, so that we can bring our own inner light external.
As winter comes to a close and we move into spring, the light begins to return. We take every lesson and passage we’ve moved through in the cold months and utilize them as we make movements forward. We come out of the phase of contraction and move into a time of expansion. Like a caterpillar metamorphosing into a butterfly, we emerge from our chysalises triumphant, sharing our beauty with the world.

We are connected to the Earth and her seasons. The trees once barren in winter now begin to see new life, new growth. Now is the time to plant seeds for new growth and tend to a new garden of intention in our life.
What do we wish to seed? What do we want to see bear fruit? What nourishment do those seeds need so that they grow healthy and strong?

What may not be serving, inhibiting the growth or evolution to your highest alignment?

We bring awareness to the water and the waters within.
March 22 is World Water Day. We give gratitude to this precious life force, the source of life, that meets the light of the sun to help things grow. We address our emotional waters, and anywhere they may be dammed from flowing freely.

In this session, we will use sound to anchor our intentions. To clear any obstructions to the garden of your heart, so every seed you plant has room to grow, and can move freely to see the light. The equinox brings momentum towards manifesting all that is calling your heart and the wisdom to know exactly how to cultivate and nourish the garden so it can come fully into bloom.
