All of us are doing our best to live good, meaningful lives. We do what we can to navigate our work, relationships, our inner lives, and the many new challenges of the world we are living in. It can help to have  a welcoming space to listen to ourselves, to reconnect with what matters, and to make wise choices. Our time on the mat can be good practice for the yoga of daily living. This class is a place for us all to come together and explore experiences that support our mental and emotional health. When we are grounded in wellbeing, we can show up to our lives and loved ones in ways that are helpful and compassionate.

What to expect: one hour and fifteen minutes of slow, mindfulness based Asana, meditation, and self-inquiry.

Students will be able to practice from the comfort of their own home. It’s recommended that you bring a yoga mat, any props that will help you feel comfortable, and something to journal with.
