Connect with the full moon and the warrior within in this somatic movement class and full moon ritual! This workshop will include a powerful somatic release sequence incorporating multidisciplinary modalities (breath work, TRE, somatic experiencing, & yoga, to name a few), and conclude with a potent full moon meditation, release & and healing ritual.

Those attending are invited to bring a blanket, journal, pen, and a small object sacred to them to bring for charging at the full moon altar. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel divinely comfortable and embodied!
