Flow + Yoga Nidra

This workshop will consist of a 45 minute light vinyasa flow to get our bodies moving, followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Nidra, sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep” is a beautiful meditation practice that deeply relaxes the body and mind. It can help reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, while also improving overall levels of joy, happiness and well being. All levels welcome, and no experience with yoga nidra is needed.
