EMBODIMENT: Moving Out of Your Mind + Into Your Body

To be embodied is to be present in every part of your vessel and to embrace its inherent wisdom and design. It’s easy in this hectic world to get carried away by critical thought patterns and have a hard time staying centered. Yoga is a journey home, one where we seek to remember who we really are and find peace in our own skin.

This all levels workshop is designed for anyone wanting to find more ease and aliveness in their body. Together we will awaken all our senses, explore inner barriers, learn how to ground through breath and body practices, and discuss supporting self care and relative ayurvedic medicine. You will leave with a diverse set of tools to integrate into your life so that you can move towards deeper empowerment and connection with Self.
