An all-levels, beginner-friendly exploration of therapeutic Acro Yoga, Thai Yoga massage, and partner yoga poses.
Join us for this special 3hour workshop, a Partner Yoga fusion combining an Elevation Class (Thai & Fly Partner Yoga Playshop) followed by a full body Dragonfly Thai Align sequence (Thai massage).

Focusing on Breath, Awareness, and Intention, we learn to cultivate an impeccable presence and bring exquisite attention to the meeting of Self and Other.

- Do I have to bring someone? (Can I come stag?) No (and yes!)
- Where is the studio? Practice Yoga Austin is on E. 6th Street.
- Where do I park? Street parking is available and there is a pay lot just east of the studio.
- What do I wear? Dress comfortably for movement. Yoga attire.
- What do I bring? Yoga mat, journal, water, blanket or cushion if you like
- Anything else? Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get settled.
