How does it feel when you take away the gift of sight in your practice? In this workshop, we will explore what it is like to follow your heart and practice your balance. We all have our favorite spot we gravitate towards or we have to be in sight in the mirror.
We will explore what it is like to take the ego out of the equation and rely solely on your inner self. We will start the workshop exploring our “needs” visually and why. Then, the blindfolds come on and we begin to move with a practice followed by a chakra balancing meditation.
Explore what happens when you deprive the senses of normalcy and listen into what your heart is saying.
