You will receive Zoom instructions upon registration.
This mindful flow and meditation will help you become more grounded and rooted inward. This flow will be slow and will provide you the opportunity to build a foundation in your true self. Becoming mindful is a practice, and even this muscle needs to be exercised. Join me for a 45 minute flow followed by a 15 minute meditation.
