(Bend) Not Break!

This workshop will look at how to back bend with no pain. We will also look at getting to the next level in poses like wheel, pigeon and scorpion handstand. All levels welcome.
We will spend a while on preparatory poses using props and make our way into next level backbends including backbend inversion variations. Come prepared to work hard and feel great. Leave with a smile on your face and an open heart.
