Explore a year of Yin and Restorative Yoga, dive deep into the Wisdom Practices of well-being.
Yoga by its very nature is meant to be restorative and corrective. The traditional path of practice is meant to be reflective to the habitual nature of our  patterns which can move us too far in one direction and eventually out of balance. In our fast moving, driven, Yang styles of practice and living, taking those moments to slow down, reflect, nourish and restore is essential to a larger life-experience of well Being.
Yin and Restorative Practices are ideal for hitting the reset bottom. These practices slow the mental and physical body and reset the nervous system giving us insight, integration and self compassion.
Although, there are times when we may want to be with the slower practices more often; in general, nature provides us with an invitation for the perfect timing to deeply nourish, integrate and restore.
The Wisdom Practices of Yoga are just that, designed by Shanti Kelley and Iva Drtina-Hall, they align with the changing of the seasons and incorporate the methodology of how to practice and teach both the Yin and Restorative styles of yoga as well as the wisdom teachings of Ayurveda, TCM, Anatomy, Philosophy and the skills/inquiry related to that seasons invitation.
This year we are offering a Year of Yin and Restorative Training that will drop you into a deeply healing and affirming reset with each seasonal transition. Four weekend intensives in total with four distinct themes, sequences for both Yin and Restorative, methods and modes for understanding and teaching and of course – your own personal practice.
We hope you will join us for one or all of this year long training.
Participation in each weekend intensive is granted a 20 hr Yin and Restorative Training Certificate. You have the option to go for the 100hr Teacher Certification which will include an additional 20 hours of individual mentorship, practice and homework.

Full Year + 100 Hour certification: $1,375
