In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn identifies with the metal element,
which cultivates the movement of letting go and enriching ourselves by pulling inward and finding meaning. It gives us a time to reflect, appreciate and nourish through all of our senses. These fall months are a wonderful opportunity to bring the idea of letting go too our emotional and physical bodies; too renew and restore our vitality and well-being during the months ahead. Additionally, fall is related to Lungs and Large Intestines and how we take in and receive vitality and energy in our breath, sight, sounds, loving and nourishment. This is a time of letting go and letting in for Restored Vitality and Stress Release in our lives.
The Yin + Restorative Teacher Training is a time to bring the emotional, mental and physical bodies back into balance for yourself and others. In this training you will learn the essential Fall elements of the Wisdom practices of Yoga.
