A grounded practice to center us back to ourselves, clear the path for stillness, and clear the path for the new year. Geannie Friedman will guide us through 30 minutes of an Alignment-based flow, followed by a 60 minute Restorative grounding practice, as Thor Harris, Claire Hamilton, and Joey Reyes will play scenic ambient music to awaken the senses, and bring about a sense of ease and peace to the mind and body. Join us at the start of the year to bring a sense of ease, grounding, renewal, and restoration as we set our intentions.

Geannie has her MSW, and is 500 hour RYT Trauma-Informed certified. She is passionate about the benefits that yoga and music has on the nervous system, and is excited to share a grounding practice that’s great for all-levels. Thor, Joey, and Claire are in Thor and Friends and more talented projects, and they have a passion for mental health, and the benefits that yoga and music has on restoring balance. It will be a great night, you will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the SIMS Foundation, a great non profit organization that provides mental health and recovery services for musicians, bands, people working in the music industry, and their families in Austin, TX. We’re so excited to see you there!
