I believe Yoga is a way of being in the world, and that clarity of action and intention in practice can lead to insight. I believe your practice should support, nourish, inspire, and challenge you because Yoga is a vehicle for transformation that illuminates the truth of our being, which I believe is ultimately good. I bring decades of practice with revered teachers in Iyengar and Anusara traditions and thousands of hours teaching experience.
