Healthy Posture for a Healthy Life with Lauren Brown

Neck and upper back pain are the most widely reported pains in our society. In this workshop, we will explore how our bodies move in space, your current movement and holding patterns, and why proper alignment matters. Along with the anatomy discussion, expect to practice myofascial release techniques with a tennis ball as well are strengthening exercises to support your neck and back. You will leave with a nuanced understanding of how your yoga practice and daily activities can support your body for years to come.
