Fiery summer can leave us feeling over heated, impatient and exhausted. This is the perfect time to slow down, chill out and refresh yourself with a Yin yoga practice and a Sound Bath.

Our Yin Yoga practice is the perfect complement to the Yang summer energy. It gives us a chance to cool down not only physically, but also calm the mind and balance our nervous system.

In this 2 hour experience, we begin with a Yin yoga practice that allows for subtle opening of the fascia, mainly to bring some flexibility to the joints and the spine, along with nourishing the organs of the heart and the small intestine. We can begin to shift from exuberant joy to a spontaneous joy that gives us our freedom to enjoy these long summer days without feeling depleted and chaotic. Once the body has opened up then we receive sound healing vibrations, clearing and retuning our energy centers so we can leave feeling, calm, chill and refreshed.
