We experience the feeling of waking up and connecting back to the Earth as Winter has left and the Earth seems to become more alive.Earth Day is fast approaching, a day when we’re reminded to give thanks to the Earth for all she provides us with.Through yin postures, we’ll ground, connect to the earth, re-center and stabilize before moving into an hour of vibration and frequency with 3 Planetary tuned gongs, crystal bowls and more.
