Seasonal Yin + Herbs for Winter with Brandi Jo Perkins

Good Health involves slowing down and dropping into your body. This series will encourage you to sync with the season and cycles of your life. Class will start with 30 minutes of herbal education specifically related to the organs & themes associated with winter, a forecast of the sequence and why, and some time for Q&A. Then we will melt into a 1½ hour yin practice! A YIN practice includes mostly floor positions with 3-5 mins of deep stretch along meridians. Brandi will encourage you to get some tea pre-class from a local herb store in your area so you can enjoy the tea and combine it with experiential learning, although this is optional.

This series may likely reduce stress and replenish energy, thereby, boosting the immune system and aiding with overall well being, mind-body-spirit. There is no better way to start 2021 than by making space in yourself. This series will be the golden groundwork for slowing down and doing the good work of quiet & peaceful integration of 2020. We all need this!
