We gather together to experience the song and sound as ceremony.
The leaves are falling. The trees, growing bare. We go inwards. We rest and reflect. We harvest. As the old year is dying, this is the time we think about death in our own lives. In Chinese Medicine, this corresponds to our lungs which symbolize grief and sadness as we contemplate what we need to let go of to welcome new life that will grow into next year’s harvest. Join us on a journey of yin and sound as we pause and create space in the body, to harvest.
